Refund policy

Because all of our products are made-to-order based on customers' specifications, our ability to offer refunds is extremely limited.  We will provide a full refund when refund requests are received within 24 hours of receipt of your order.  After 24-hours, one of our artists will have begun work on your drawings, and we are unable to provide a refund.

Revisions and Changes
We will make revisions and changes to drawings in your order with few limitations after they have been completed and without additional charge as long as revision requests are received within 90 days of delivery of the first version of your drawings.  Revisions requests received after 90 days or outside the original scope of your order may incur additional charges.

We are not able to make two types of changes after receipt of your order:

1) Changes in style, e.g. changing a drawing from a Custom Drawing Style to a Cartoon Style; and,

2) Significant changes in the angle of the drawing, e.g. front side angle of a building, character, or machine to a front angle.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
